Your fascia — the web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs — plays a key role in how freely you move. When healthy, fascia is flexible and smooth, allowing easy movement. But factors like injury, dehydration, or underuse can cause it to tighten, leading to stiffness and discomfort.

In this class, you’ll learn gentle self-massage and rolling techniques to rehydrate and release your fascia. These simple practices are easy to learn, deeply relaxing, and can be done anytime, anywhere — helping you move with greater ease and freedom every day.
