Come let go of your day with a candlelit evening of Yin Yoga. Known as the complimentary sister practice to the heat-building (Yang) flows and traditional exercise practices, Yin eases us into opening, mobilizing, and hydrating the body’s joints and the harder-to-reach connective tissues. Gravity and body weight work together in passive (or active), 3-5 minute slow-hold postures on the floor. Focus your mind, refresh your body, and return to your natural state of well-being. Yogis of all levels are welcomed.
