Gentle Yoga for Well-Being

A special class designed for those aged 60 and above, but open to anyone. This is a very gentle 60-minute class that strengthens and increases balance and flexibility. Experience how meditation, mindful movement, and breath can help you feel better and age well! This special offering is donation-based. To participate, simply sign up and join us; donations are gratefully accepted at the studio via Venmo, cash, or check payable to Good Karma Studio."
