Core & Restore

Everyday we have a chance to restart, renew, or redesign our experience. Give yourself a new start on Wednesdays with this unique blend of challenge and rest. Dana will guide you through poses to strengthen your core and back muscles at just the right pace to allow you to work to your own edge and at the level you need. Then we move on to enjoy a restorative sequence to aide in recovery and deep relaxation. This class is for anyone wanting to feel stronger and more relaxed, no previous experience or ability necessary!
